DESCRIPTION:

Ever get that feeling that your heart is a gaping hole leading to a floor of abysmal darkness? No floor at all. Ever had a flood of sorrow pour out of your eyes and throat, like it’ll never run dry? Like niagra falls, in reverse?

Yeah?

Yeah, us too.

We will bake and eat a 5-layered cake of grief and sorrow and wash it down with ritual, dance, live sound and storytelling. And laughs, of course.

Whether or not you know it, you’re grieving. If you’re not, you’re probably already dead.

Share the sorrow. Swallow its lessons. Leave emptyfull.

Peace. Here is a bit about Nehemoyia Young. Brooklyn is home, I’m a dancer, choreographer, spiritist, and a daughter among other things we won’t speak of here!
