CREATIVE STRATEGIES
For individuals or teams who need support in bringing a project through the creative process from inception to strategic planning to production and completion.
You have a brilliant idea but you need a step-by-step plan of action to bring that idea into the world. We will design an approach that stems from and remains integrous to your core values so that you are free to dream up creative solutions while never losing sight of your deepest ‘why’. Together we will:
Reinforce the values that ignite your vision
Design the practices that lead you through a generative process
Identify and map the opportunities that are already available to support you
Stay accountable to your goals
SPEAKING WITH CONFIDENCE
For individuals or groups who wish to develop tools to speak confidently under pressure. Perfect to prepare for job interviews, a public speech, or a date.
The unease that arises when speaking in public or under pressure has a deeper source than technicalities like vocal projection and speech articulation. They stem from tensions that build up in our bodies over the course of our lives. I work with individuals to address and dismantle these blocks and build a confident foundation. Together we will:
Identify your goals
Practice a variety of scenarios in order to identify your blocks
Learn techniques that build confidence
STORY DEVELOPMENT & PERFORMANCE
For individuals who need support to compose a compelling story, be it a work of nonfiction, a play, or a speech.
The stories we have to tell, especially those we have lived, are complex universes made up of millions of significant moments, detours, impressions. The task of building a narrative can therefore feel daunting to the solo writer. Together, we will uncover the essence of your message and create the texture of your narrative to craft the story that wants to come through you.

PERFORMANCE TECHNIQUE
For artists searching for greater authenticity in their performances: actors preparing auditions or roles; directors needing technical support for their performers; solo performers looking for direction.
The more comfortable you are in your own skin, the more your presence resonates with the world around you. Small adjustments to the ways you connect to and communicate your material can make a profound difference in your ability to impact an audience. Together we will:
Identify the motivating actions and emotional arc of your piece
Develop deep personal connection to the material
Identify and strip down extraneous performance habits that hinder authentic expression
Stage and rehearse the material in action
RITUAL DESIGN
Creative rituals are customized for the life event and need of each client.
A ritual is a set of intentional actions that alter consciousness and thereby alter reality. Rituals carve out sacred time and space to mark significant transitions, transformations, and thresholds. They are landmarks to our evolution-- meaningful impressions along life’s journey.
Together we will design your ritual using the significant symbols, traditions, figures etc. that enhance this life moment with potency.
